They have to apply weeks in advance, and because of that, the cafeteria staff learn the inspectors will be there and hide all their bad practices. I knew I would have some administrative work, but what I didn’t fully understand at the time of hire is that I’m purely an administrative assistant. I am absolutely miserable.
