I was asked to share my binder with the legal secretaries in my division in our Chicago and Washington, D.C. At the completion of the first initiative, I will present the guide to other administrativestaff in my association to get them on board. A few initiatives were developed out of the creation of this guide.
Previous adminstrative staff were even tasked with making him coffee every morning. His expectations of administrativestaff seem very outdated, more like 1950 than 2021. It’s just you matter-of-factly explaining what you will and won’t do as part of your job and what the company’s legal obligations are when you do.
My department’s practice group leader (PGL, the head of a certain practice in a firm) is hosting a year-end party for our department at his home, which is out of the way for the administrativestaff, though most of the attorneys live on the same block. In the end, it was rejected. But how can I add this to my resume?
I have learned that the company I work for will not pay late fees that may be charged to the company for the late payment of vendor invoices. This can occur due to administrativestaff input errors, work load, late mail delivery, or just too short of a payment window provided by the vendor (less than three weeks).
