Is this legal?

Not to mention, the actual job title was being falsely advertised, which in turn was not a marketing job but rather an administration one. His work ethic is still superb, but it has been difficult working around his new schedule. Is this legal? Sure, it’s legal. If the latter, tell him no, period.
