I proceeded to field phone calls from the rep and my manager as the schedule was worked out and travel arrangements were made and I rearranged things to be gone for the week instead of overnight. Many coworkers were unable to attend a conference due to extreme weather and despite record-breaking extreme weather. I agreed to help.
