If an opportunity presents itself, I am not sure her computer skills would be up to par and, frankly, her attitude makes it difficult to promote her. I do not want to spend my days with somebody who constantly complains in a non-constructive way. I’ve had talks with her before, but it doesn’t seem to sink in.
