One of the leads — I’ll call her Julie — shares cubicle space with my coworker and me and is new to the role, less than six months. If an opportunity presents itself, I am not sure her computer skills would be up to par and, frankly, her attitude makes it difficult to want to see her in a position I could possibly hire for.
