Our office nurse thinks Covid is a hoax. The food-service manager at our site who was also employed by the state was deeply disturbed by the fact that the nurse wouldn’t wear a mask. Finally, the food-service manager contacted the nurse’s supervisor and reported her.

The ticket I work for a giant tech company that, unlike our giant tech company peers, doesn’t offer free food. However, there are coffee shops in all of our office buildings – actual branches of good local coffee shops that are only accessible by employees. The office manager is responsible for ordering things/keeping them stocked.

I leave the office every day to jog during my lunch break. I am required by my office to take an hour lunch, at a designated time slot specified by the office manager. I was in my jogging gear for 10 minutes in the office before I left the building. And it is an unpaid hour.
