The boss and two managers have vehicles assigned to them full time and fuel, insurance, maintenance, and parking are provided by the company at no out-of-pocket cost to them, roughly a $4,000 annual savings. I have traveled for work in the past and have used public transportation. Although the same level, I am not assigned a vehicle.
