I’ve recently started trying to learn the ropes at my dad’s smallbusiness. He has an officemanager who runs the day to day business. My father depends on her totally to run the office, dispatch employees, and handle all bookkeeping. He is getting older and works less and less.
Yet others like the officemanager have an office. If I’m offered a job, I’d like to request that if at all possible an arrangement be made for an office for the HR manager. I work for a relatively smallbusiness, less than 40 employees. Should my coworkers be allowed to see payroll data?
