It doesn’t make sense to offer people flexibility based solely on what method of transportation they use. I’m a new promoted head of administration/HR/logistics for a small company (less than 100 employees). Other side says, well, if it’s okay to be an hour late due to traffic, why not extend the same flexibility to others?
